Our “Windows into the Classrooms,” or WICs, are the digital products that emerge from our collaborative design process. WICs are short, structured digital multimedia narratives produced by Fellows that demonstrate the ways in which they use democratic science teaching practices to solve problems in their classrooms. Fellows use a variety of digital tools to tell and publish their story. Over the course of the Fellowship, Fellows publish two 3-5 minute digital narratives, and present them at the Showcase events which are open to the public. We welcome both educators and non-educators to view our Fellows' WICs and engage in authentic discussions about democratic pedagogy with past and present Fellows.
