Tarek has over 25 years of teaching experience, including 10 in the United States. He has taught English to all academic levels, including college students. He has invaluable global experience, having taught English, Mathematics and Science in Egypt and Saudi Arabia as well as the United States. He has a bachelor’s degree in teaching English from Teacher’s College in Tanta, Egypt, a master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from New York University, and his EFL/ESL Certificate from Georgia State University. He previously published English in Use, which was released in the Middle East and has been used as a grammar teaching tool in several Egyptian schools. In 2013, he published Successful Reading Strategies for Second Language Learners: Theory and Practice, which was released in the United States.
