Abigail is a full time high school science teacher at the High School for Leadership & Public Service and an adjunct faculty at the New York Institute of Technology. She is a strong advocate of STEM education and is constantly seeking ways to help teachers improve teaching practice that will enable students to think critically, take ownership of their own learning, and become life long learners. She believes that teachers are catalysts for change and she knows that every student is capable of achieving their goals. She accepts teaching assignments with alacrity and knows that every challenge can be overcome through hard work and perseverance.
